Fashion brand Jack Wills and shoe retailer Office have signed for space at the Mall at Cribbs Causeway on the outskirts of Bristol.
Jack Wills, which has been operating a temporary pop-up store in the centre since October, has agreed to sign for the 4,000 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease. Office has taken a 5,000 sq ft unit, also on a 10-year lease.
Jack Wills chief executive Wendy Becker said: “We are pleased to have agreed a lease for a permanent store at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway. This is in line with our strategy of ensuring that Jack Wills has the right mix of stores in the UK’s premier retail locations, supported by our growing online offer.”
The signings follow the arrival of Superdry, which opened a store at Cribbs Causeway in September.
Cribbs Causeway is owned jointly by Intu, JT Baylis and M&G Real Estate, which manages the centre. It is made up of 135 retail units, anchored by John Lewis, Bhs and Marks & Spencer.
