Jacques Vert expands into the Middle East

Women’s occasionwear brand Jacques Vert is expanding into the Middle East through the opening of its first Debenhams concessions in Dubai and Kuwait.

The Dubai concession in the City Centre Mirdif shopping centre will launch on February 19, followed by one in The Avenues Mall in Kuwait on February 24.

They will stock 70 SKUs of Jacques Vert and seven styles of headpieces by milliner Rachel Trevor-Morgan. She will attend the in-store launch event in Dubai on February 19.

To mark the launch, Jacques Vert will give away a limited-edition necklace with the first 100 purchases.

“We are thrilled about our upcoming expansion into the Middle East and bringing our occasionwear to a new customer base,” said Teresa Tideman, chief executive of the Jacques Vert Group, which owns the eponymous brand Jacques Vert, as well as Windsmoor, Colebrooke by Windsmoor, Precis Petite and Planet.

“We see Dubai as the perfect starting point to enter into the market and, with our Kuwait concession launching soon after, we are very excited for the opportunities ahead.”
