James Perse to open on Dover Street

Los Angeles lifestyle brand James Perse will open a flagship at 30a Dover Street in London’s West End.

The 1,116 sq ft store is split over three floors and will showcase the label’s full collection. The ground floor has a sales area of 578 sq ft and a lower ground sales floor of 404 sq ft. The basement is 135 sq ft. It is not yet known when the store will open.

This will be its third UK store; there are two more in the capital, in Chelsea and Notting Hill.

The brand has taken a 10-year lease on the Dover Street premises, which has rent of £57,500 a year. Kitchen La Frenais Morgan is handling the exit of previous occupants Loft Design By.

Victoria Beckham opened a store at 36 Dover Street store on September 25.
