According to accounts filed at Companies House, pre-tax profit was flat over the period at £26 million and operating profit was also flat at £25m.
EBITDA at the retailer was also flat at £30m. Sales at the chain rose from £133m to £150m over the period which was mostly driven by new stores opened over the year.
Jane Norman opened 20 standalone stores, 20 concessions and four franchise stores overseas during the period.
In September Sandy Goldsbrough was appointed as Jane Norman trading director and it is thought she has been lined up as the eventual successor to Jane Norman chief executive Saj Shah.
