JD Williams ladieswear buying director Linda Quinn has stepped down from the N Brown operating board and is expected to leave before Christmas.
Quinn resigned over the summer and employees at the Manchester-based business were told last week.
Quinn celebrated 13 years at N Brown Group in February this year, joining as trading manager and promoted to her current role in 2012. She told Drapers in February that setting up her own womenswear brand would be her ultimate career goal.
A spokesman for N Brown said: “We are sorry to see Linda go and we wish her well in what she does next. She leaves behind her a really strong team.”
Her replacement is expected to be announced in the next few weeks.
