John Lewis has appointed Sienne Veit in the newly created role of director of online product to help boost its multichannel strategy.
Veit will be responsible for the development of the retailer’s online customer experience across all channels, reporting to online director Mark Lewis.
She takes up the position following a year as director of her own consultancy, Invisible Stuff. Veit was previously head of mobile at Morrisons from 2012 to 2013 and spent five years at Marks & Spencer heading up research and development of mobile channels.
