John Lewis to expand men’s personal shopping

John Lewis is set to expand its men’s personal shopper service to at least eight more stores, after a successful trial at its store in Oxford’s Westgate centre.

One of the new stores to feature the service will be the new John Lewis store in Westfield London, which is set to open in March.

The menswear stylist in the John Lewis store has accounted for a third of all shopping appointments in the Oxford store since its October opening.

Many of the other services tested in the Oxford store are also set to be rolled out in the White City space - including staff acting lessons, events spaces and a dedicated “experience desk” – to help customers plan their days.
