John Skelton, the creative director of premium etailer Oki-ni, has left the business.
Skelton has led the creative direction of the Oki-ni business for three years and is leaving to consult on new projects and to work on a freelance basis.
Skelton has been responsible for securing many of the premium brands stocked on the Oki-ni site along with securing exclusive product collaborations, and building Oki-ni into a website recognised for its niche product offer.
Skelton’s creative eye is widely respected in the industry and he said of his departure: “After three fantastic years the time has come for me to move on to pastures new. My time at Oki-ni has been an amazing experience and a very fulfilling adventure and I would like to thank everybody involved, most of all everyone at Fourmarketing and my incredibly dedicated team who I will miss very much.”
There is currently no replacement for Skelton and it is not clear if his role will be filled.
Oki-ni is owned by brand business Fourmarketing.
