“Kristen’s role came about as a natural progression from our womenswear relaunch at LFW in September last year,” said marketing and design director Jess McGuire-Dudley.

“The spring 16 and autumn 16 collections have been extremely well received and we brought Kristen on board to solely manage how, and with whom, we establish our womenswear business.”

Hayden was UK and Ireland sales manager at Citizens of Humanity from June 2015 to January 2016 and held the same role at Pepe Jeans from January 2014 to May 2015.

She was international sales manager at Agent Provocateur from November 2012 to October 2013 and UK sales manager at MiH Jeans from January 2008 to November 2012.

“Her experience in a range of womenswear brands and in particular at MIH jeans where she championed both fashion and ‘Made in Britain’ make her a great asset for us to have on board,” added McGuire-Dudley.
