Joules has appointed a chief customer officer to take responsibility for its marketing and ecommerce strategies
Lysa Hardy will join the British lifestyle brand on 5 September and report to chief executive Colin Porter.
She was previously chief operating officer at Holland & Barrett, where she was responsible for ecommerce, marketing, CRM and PR. She has also held senior roles with Orange, T-Mobile and RAC.
The new appointment comes as Joules has reshuffled responsibilities within its marketing and ecommerce team. Marketing director Ronny Helvey is scaling back after seven years to become director of creative services and will manage the internal design agency, while Ralph Percival will continue in his role as ecommerce director.
