Joules’s chief commercial officer, Kara Groves, and chief customer officer, Lysa Hardy, have both left the business.
Groves has been at Joules since 2011 and previously held merchandising positions at Etam, River Island and Arcadia.
She is being replaced by Penny Parry, currently European wholesale and license director, who will take up the new position of commercial and wholesale director.
Hardy has also left the business, as first reported by Retail Week. It is not confirmed whether this position will be replaced. She joined the retailer in 2016, her previous role was chief operating officer at Holland & Barrett.
In January, Joules posted a robust set of half-year results, defying ongoing uncertainty in the UK market. EBITDA surged by 22.5% to £13.3m in the 26 weeks to 26 November, while underlying profit before tax leaped 24.3% to £9.3m. Revenue soared by 18.2% year on year to £96.2m, and there was a 17.5% increase on a constant-currency basis.
