British lifestyle brand Joules has signed for space in The Mall at Cribbs Causeway on the outskirts of Bristol.
It has secured a 1,500 sq ft store on a new 10 year lease, which will open in early autumn. It replaces a Gap store which previously held the lease.
It will join Jack Wills and Office, both of whom opened at the south west of England shopping centre in recent weeks. Fellow fashion retailers Superdry, Thomas Sebo, Radley, Jigsaw and anchors John Lewis and Marks & Spencer are also at The Mall, alongside 135 other shops and restaurants.
The 25 year old country fashion retailer, which has around 80 stores and more than 500 wholesale accounts in the UK and Republic of Ireland, is currently growing its bricks and mortar presence in key regional shopping centres and cities across the UK.
Julie Lawrence, director of asset management at M&G Real Estate, co-owners of The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, said: “We are confident Joules will benefit from the wide-reaching regional catchment and our prominent location at the gateway to the south west. Occupier interest in Cribbs remains high as we enter the key leasing window ahead of Christmas.”
The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is owned by M&G Real Estate, Intu and JT Baylis.
