TV presenter June Sarpong will launch a new Made in Britain label at trade show Best of Britannia in September.
Sarpong has been working with London-based factory Fashion Enter to produce the label, LDNY, which has been designed by Daniella Helayel in partnership with the United Nations Trust Fund to end violence against women.
Jenny Holloway, director of Fashion Enter, who will be pattern-cutting and machining LDNY product at Best of Britannia, said: “Over the last two years we have watched Best of Britannia grow tremendously in terms of exhibitors and footfall, so naturally we are excited to be collaborating this year. It’s time for the country to fully support the makers of the nation.”
Best of Britannia will take place in London’s Bloomsbury Square from 30 September to 2 October.
