Kate Moss to wear Galliano bridal gown

It has been confirmed that supermodel Kate Moss will wear a John Galliano dress when she weds rock star Jamie Hince today (July 1).

Sources close to the model are understood to have confirmed that the shamed designer and former Christian Dior creative chief, who stood trial on allegations of anti-Semitism and racism last month, has created her gown.

Last month, it was rumoured that Moss had asked Galliano’s boyfriend Alexis Roche to help get the dress ready.

It has also been reported that maid of honour Trish Simonon, wife of The Clash’s Paul Simonon, will wear Erdem.

Meanwhile, the groom and his “best woman” and The Kills bandmate Alison Mosshart are rumoured to be wearing bespoke Yves Saint Laurent. The company’s creative director Stefano Pilati is understood to be attending.

The ceremony is set to take place at a church in the Cotswolds with a festival-inspired reception in the grounds of her Oxfordshire mansion, which has been dubbed Moss-stock by the Tabloids.

Moss was pictured wearing 1970s maxi dress for the wedding rehearsal yesterday. It is sure to be much-copied by the high street.
