Kering takes office space in London’s Victoria

Luxury brand house Kering has taken 12,000 sq ft of office space at 62 Buckingham Gate, a new building in Victoria, London.

Kering, which was formerly known as PPR, is the business behind brands including Gucci, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen. It has taken the space on a 15-year lease with a 10-year break.

Land Securities, the commercial property company behind the new development, said Victoria is changing at a rapid rate and has attracted other luxury fashion companies such as Burberry, Jimmy Choo and John Lewis.
