The 1,700 sq ft space at 15 Monmouth Street will open on July 14.

Founded in 2014 by Shannon and JJ Wilson, Kit and Ace offers technical clothing made from products such as cashmere and silk. It now has nearly 60 stores across North America, Australia, the UK and Japan.

Sam Bain-Mollison, head of group retail strategy and letting at London property group Shaftesbury, which owns most of Seven Dials, said: “Kit and Ace will be in great company amongst recently opened sportswear brands Ron Dorff and the upcoming fitness destination Another_Space, both of which are UK debuts.”

CBRE acted on behalf of Kit and Ace. Shackleton and JLL represented Shaftesbury.
