Jack Wills receives £10m investment

BlueGem Capital Partners, the majority shareholder in Jack Wills, has reportedly ploughed another £10m into the young fashion retailer.

An Italian family that invests in BlueGem agreed to provide the sum, which is in the form of a debt instrument.

Further details have not been made public.

Jack Wills founder Peter Williams left the company last month.

The retailer is thought to be in discussions with landlords to reduce rents as part of a plan to alleviate pressure on the business.
