Global Brands Group will reshuffle its top team when chief financial officer Leong Kwok Yee retires at the end of June.
Current chief operating officer Ron Ventricelli will succeed Kwok Yee and will be responsible for the group’s finances, including financial reporting, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, as well as legal and IT.
Dow Famulak will take over Ventricelli’s role, adding to his current responsibilities as president.
Global Brands is a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based sourcing firm Li & Fung and holds licences for brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
Last week Global Brands announced that Coach senior vice president Jason Weisenfeld will head up the launch of David Beckham’s debut clothing label, Seven Global.
