Liberty relaunches womenswear department

Liberty has relaunched its womenswear department as the final stage of an eight month store-wide refurbishment programme.

The store has added more than 20 new brands to the department including Rejina Pyo, Rosetta Getty and The Vampire’s Wife. It has launched its first multi-brand lingerie concession, The Pantry, which sits next to a dedicated sleepwear department.

A new emerging designer room has been created to showcase the collections of seven up-and-coming brands. Meanwhile, a designer collections room has also been launched, featuring brands including Eskandar, to cater for the older Liberty shopper.

The womenswear floors have been “flipped” so big designer brands such as Valentino take the main hall area, while contemporary brands such as Acne have moved to the second floor.

The revamp follows the relaunch of the menswear department in August.
