Liberty to launch new omnichannel strategy

Liberty has hired marketing agency SapientNitro to work on a new website in the coming weeks.

The retailer is also looking to introduce technology such as beacons and to improve its social media presence, to create a ”functional and fun” approach to omnichannel marketing, according to The Drum.

The new site will aim to communicate the quirky and quintessentially British values of the store more clearly online.

It will also pave the way for a more coherent strategy between the department store’s physical and online presence, the publication reported.
