Liberty department store unveiled its revamped flagship store on London’s Great Marlborough Street on Sunday.
The revamped department store features a series of themed rooms to showcase different collections, as part of the luxury department store’s “Retail Renaissance” strategy.
The Liberty shop now features a Bazaar room which carries limited edition product, and an International Room featuring established labels and new designers.
The Avant Garde room showcases brands such as Rick Owens, Martin Margiela, Acne and Dries Van Noten.
An Essentials room on the second floor features brands such as Splendid, American Vintage and APC, while the Contemporary area includes archetypal Liberty brands such as Vivienne Westwood and Luella.
The store’s overall wood panelled interior has been maintained, but a bone coloured interior has been added to the overall scheme.
Liberty chief executive Geoffroy De La Bourdonnaye, who unveiled the new store with Slumdog Millionaire actress Frieda Pinto, said: “The renaissance takes a multi-tiered approach with the focus on the product, the layout of the store itself and an impeccable standard of customer service.”
