Scarf and fashion brand Lily & Lionel will relaunch its website in December and aims to double its online sales over the next 12 months.
The brand, founded in 2008 by Alice Stone, hopes to increase online sales from 10% of the total to 20% by the end of 2016.
It is making the website responsive and changing the landing pages and tabs to make it easier to shop following feedback from customers.
“We conducted a survey with new and existing shoppers to see how they viewed the brand and how they wanted to shop,” said Stone.
“We don’t have a bricks-and-mortar store of our own so the website is vital for getting the brand out there and making sure our voice is heard. We take the time to speak with our customers and have a live chat option online to make sure each interaction is as personal as possible.”
