Lily Cole stars in M&S TV ad

Marks & Spencer will air its autumn television advert tonight, which will feature model Lily Cole on screen for the first time.

The M&S campaign will air on ITV at 7:45pm during a Coronation Street ad break and sees models Erin O'Connor, Twiggy, Noemie Lenoir, Myleene Klass and Lily Cole larking about at a funfair to the sound of David Bowie's hit song Let's Dance.

This is the first time Lily Cole has featured in M&S' television campaign since she was signed as the face of its Limited Collection sub-brand earlier this year.

The five women are featured driving bumper cars, testing their strength on the bell and hammer, riding on the ferris wheel.

A jewel coloured dress is modelled by Myleene Klass, a sapphire blue winter coat is worn by Lily Cole. Erin O'Connor wears an Autograph Essentials suit and Twiggy teams a skirt with a black fringed-edge jacket and crisp white shirt. Noemie Lenoir sports a classic black pencil skirt, satin blouse and a trench coat, accessorized with red gloves and skinny belt.

M&S recently revamped its food advertising bringing in David Jason, of Only Fools and Horses fame, as the voiceover. However its fashion advertising formula remains the same this season.
