Flash Sales website Secretsales is launching a customer loyalty scheme, offering shoppers money off as they accrue points.
Customers will receive five points for every pound spent. When they reach 500 points they will get a £5 gift voucher to use on the site. The scheme launched this week.
Secretsales chief marketing officer Robert Moss said: “The decision to offer a loyalty scheme was made in response to extensive marketing research and customer feedback.
“We are constantly striving to differentiate ourselves from our competitors and are certain this unique offering in our market will help us stand out from the crowd.”
The news follows “a year of significant growth” for the business, which is due to publish results for the 2012 calendar year imminently.
Secretsales has recently expanded with a new senior management team who work under co-founders Nish and Sach Kukadia.
