LVMH gears up to open multi-brand website

LVMH has confirmed plans to open a multi-brand ecommerce site inspired by its Parisian department store Le Bon Marché. 

The new site will be called “24 Sèvres” after the location of Le Bon Marché. It will offer more than 150 fashion, beauty and luxury goods brands, including 20 from LVMH’s own portfolio, such as Louis Vuitton and Dior.

LVMH said the new site will go live in the second week of June, in both French and English. 

It will offer click-and-collect in Paris and express delivery in more than 75 countries. A team of Parisian fashion experts will be available via video chat.

Using an accompanying iOS app, customers will be able to video chat with a stylist and browse the store at the same time. 24 Sèvres is also launching a “style bot” on Facebook Messenger.

“Shopping at Le Bon Marché is a special and unmissable experience for both local and international clienteles. With 24 Sèvres, our clients can now enjoy this unique feeling every day and night, worldwide,” said Bernard Arnault, chairman and chief executive of LVMH.
