LVMH’s Arnault decorated by Prince Charles

Bernard Arnault, chairman and chief executive of French luxury goods group LVMH, was awarded the title of Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire at a private ceremony at Clarence House last week.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Arnault was presented with the honoury award by the Prince of Wales for his “services to business and the wider community in in the UK”. 

LVMH owns British brands including shirtmaker Thomas Pink and London-based jewellers De Beers, and employs around 3,000 people in the UK.
