French group SMCP has launched an app for staff and customers in 60 of its Maje stores.
Staff in stores in the UK, France and the US can use the app to check the availability of products online and in nearby stores, arrange delivery to customers’ homes and complete checkouts.
They can also access customer information, including their online purchase history and items added to their cart.
Customers can use the devices to browse branded content such as Instagram posts, brand news and current trends.
Flavien d’Audiffret, SMCP digital and CRM director, said: “Stores play a critical role in SMCP’s direct-to-consumer strategy and through the partnership with PredictSpring, we have created a premium digital in-store experience for both the associate and the customer.
“Our store associates have been impressed with the app’s ease-of-use and functionality and have quickly adopted this new technology.”
Maje will open a new UK flagship on Regent Street in spring 2018.
