The 2,500 sq ft store on London's Conduit Street will open in February and will stock the entire Jean Charles de Castelbajac fashion and footwear ranges.
Marchpole deputy chairman Michael Morris said that sales of the brand had increased by 5% over the last 12 months and that royalty income had grown by 50% on the back of new licensing agreements.
Morris added he was delighted with the prime retail pitch the group had managed to secure. He said: "This area of the West End is synonymous with luxury brands. Since the acquisition of Castelbajac brand by Marchpole in 2004, both sales and licensing income have shown encouraging growth."
