Matchesfashion to open first store for own brand is to open its first store for its own brand Raey in London’s Notting Hill this spring.

The brand is designed by creative director Rachael Proud, who was previously design director at Christopher Kane and senior buyer and creative consultant at Topshop Topman. The collection ranges from a sheer panel long-sleeved T-shirt priced at £85 up to a long shearling coat at £1,200.

Last month the firm, which has four multibrand stores in London and ships to 167 countries, launched a 90-minute delivery service for its London shoppers.

Sales at increased by 27.4% to £126.9m for the year to 31 January 2016, and it narrowed its annual losses from £5.6m in 2015 to £1.7m.

Last summer, it doubled the size of its London headquarters and moved it from Clapham to The Shard at London Bridge.
