Designer Matthew Williamson is launching a transactional website next week in a bid to widen his customer pool and grow the label’s market presence.
Williamson, who has just launched his capsule collection for high street chain H&M, has partnered with digital agency Pod1 to design and build the new site.
The launch of the site will be supported by an email marketing campaign and an online advertising campaign to promote the launch and the label’s spring 09 collection.
Matthew Williamson plans to launch a transactional websites in Europe and the US this summer.
Matthew Williamson has a store in London’s Bruton Street. The first US store in New York launched last week and a flagship store also opened in Dubai recently.
