Open for business: Mayor Sadiq Khan kicks off London Fashion Week Men's

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan will join GQ editor Dylan Jones and chief executive of the British Fashion Council Caroline Rush to open London Fashion Week Men’s today.

Dame Vivienne Westwood will show her menswear collection at the event, returning to London after several years of showing in Milan.

LFWM, which is now in its 10th year, will also present the debut collection from rapper Tinie Tempah.

More than 50 brands will display their latest designs during the four-day event, including David Beckham-backed Kent & Curwen, Barbour, Topman and Private White VC.

Yesterday, Jones told the Evening Standard that the falling value of the pound had “boosted” London retail.

Keep an eye on Drapers for daily coverage of LFWM.
