Menswear brand comes from down under to Seven Dials

Australian menswear brand Industrie is to open its first store outside Australia in Seven Dials, London, at the end of September.

The 1,234 sq ft store on Earlham Street, Covent Garden, will sit alongside Robbie William’s menswear label Farrell, which opened a 764 sq ft pop-up shop on the street earlier this month.

Both labels follow El Ganso, Lee Jeans, Havaianas, Le Coq Sportif, Foxhall and Cambridge Satchel Company which have all opened flagship stores in the area in the last twelve months.

Founded in 1999, Industrie Clothing sells both casual and formal menswear including denim, chinos, shirts, T-shirts, shorts, jackets, pants, swimwear. In 2012 it launched a range of shoes and accessories. A kidswear range, Indie Kids, launched in 2008 with a range of a clothes for boys aged 0-14.

Earlier this year it launched its UK website. Shirts and shorts retail for around £40.
