Menswear business GDI appoints brand manager

Global Design and Innovation (GDI), the Essex-based owner of menswear labels MA.STRUM and Boneville, has appointed Donna Robinson as brand manager.

Robinson will head the global wholesale of the two brands, as well as helping to develop their products and marketing strategies.

Robinson was previously sales manager at Bad Pennie Agency, working with brands including MA.STRUM and Ellesse, from July 2012 to June 2015.

From July 2011 to July 2012 she was a sales agent at Red Alert, looking after Supreme Being, Maison Scotch and Franklin & Marshall.

GDI was founded in 2011 by John Sharp, who is chief executive.
