Menswear indie and catalogue Jolliman bought out of administration

Worthing-based menswear independent retailer and catalogue business Jolliman has been sold to FC Fund Managers, after falling into administration.

The 50-year-old family business, which produces own label mainstream menswear, appointed Andrew Pear and Michael Solomons of BM Advisory as joint administrators on December 22.

As source close to the situation told Drapers FC Fund Managers, the investment firm headed by restructuring specialist Jason Granite, who took over Internaçionale before it went into administration in February, is working to “restructure the business and turn it around” since buying it on December 23.
