H&M is gearing up for its Australian launch, using Sydney born supermodel Miranda Kerr to front its campaign.
The Australian model and Victoria’s Secret angel will replace Gisele Bundchen as the face of the high street chain in time for the opening of retailer’s Melbourne store in the first half of 2014.
H&M has more than 3,000 stores around the world and plans to open 375 more this year.
In addition to Australia H&M also plans to open its first shop in the Philippines and will also launch online into four new markets, including France.
H&M Group reported flat like-for-likes for the year to November 30, although total group sales rose 6%.
