Missguided races ahead on international growth

Online fashion retailer Missguided grew international sales by 189.8% over the past two years, earning it third place on the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league table of Britain’s mid-market private companies.

Other fashion companies in the top 100 are: (at No 8, with 162.06% growth); maternity wear specialist Jojo Maman Bébé (11, 133.37%); online retailer The Hut Group (42, 64.81%); fashion retailer Apricot (45, 64.46%); kidswear firm Childrensalon (48, 59.87%); clothing wholesaler Ralawise (50, 56.17%); cycling gear retailer Rapha (59, 49.99%); mainstream footwear brand Hotter (60, 49.63%); womenswear chain Hobbs (62, 47.24%); lifestyle brand Joules (67, 44.4%); womenswear supplier Nova of London (76, 41.09%); marketing agency Exposure (77, 40.21%); premium lingerie brand Agent Provocateur (90, 35.02%); homewares specialist The White Company (94, 34.19%).

Also on this year’s listing are: outdoor clothing supplier Equip Outdoor Technologies (125, 27.69%); footwear chain Office (126, 27.67%); lifestyle brand Cath Kidston (132, 27.12%); shirt specialist Charles Tyrwhitt (139, 25.66%); premium retailer Reiss (150, 23.59%); branded merchandise supplier Brand Additions (152, 23.43%); mail order retailer BVG Airflo Group (156, 22.88%); fancy dress maker R H Smith & Sons (191, 16.01%).

The International Track 200 is compiled for The Sunday Times by Fast Track, an Oxford-based firm that researches Britain’s top-performing private companies. Above Missguided in the first two places this year are theatre operator Ambassador Group (338.44% growth), followed by event services provider Arena Group (278.34%).
