MK One in administration

MK One has gone into administration for the second time this year.

Northworld, which trades at MK One, appointed Leonard Curtis as administrators last night.

Leonard Curtis director Neil Bennett said: "We have already have serious expressions of interest and we will try to complete a sale of the assets and secure as many jobs as possible as quickly as possible."

Baugur sold MK One to restructuring specialist Hilco for £1 earlier this year. Hilco subsequently put the business into administration before it was rescued by the original MK One founder Mark Brafman and supplier Bali Singh.

Brafman left the business last month. At the time Singh issued a statement saying he had secured new funding to enable to business to relaunch.
