More fashion signings for Coal Drops Yard

Accessories brand Lost Property of London is opening a store at King’s Cross development Coal Drops Yard.

The north London-based ethical bag brand has signed for a 874 sq ft flagship at the new complex. It also intends to use the site as its creative headquarters.

It is the first major retail expansion for the brand, which operates its own boutique in Islington.

Meanwhile locally-based eyewear brand Cubitts will take on 502 sq ft, which it will use as a retail space and expansion of its headquarters at nearby Caledonian Road.

Cubitts also has a store at its Caledonian Road site as well as shops in Soho, Borough, Spitalfields and St James’s, all in London.

The shopping quarter will host shops and restaurants across 100,000 sq ft and will open to the public in autumn 2018.
