Mothercare appoints CRM director

Mothercare has appointed The Body Shop’s Glyn Birchall as global director of CRM, loyalty and insight.




Birchall joined the firm earlier this month and is responsible for developing increased CRM capability, insight and building consumer loyalty to the brand.

He was most recently CRM director at The Body Shop for three years and previously held roles at Adidas and Ikea.

Mothercare’s global brand and marketing director Gary Kibble said Birchall’s “extensive experience in building customer relationships with brands will play a key role in delivering a highly personalised Mothercare experience for parents.”
