Marks & Spencer has hired retail entrepreneur Julian Richer to advise on staff culture and colleague engagement.
Richer, who founded hi-fi retailer Richer Sounds, is thought to have been advising the retailer in recent weeks on driving engagement, motivation and cultural change through staff communication.
In 2013 Richer handed the business over to his employees through a partnership model similar to that of John Lewis.
