Marks & Spencer has launched its first boyswear range under the Limited Collection name, and relaunched the brand’s girlswear range.
The trend-led, street influenced collection inspired by catwalk looks is aimed at kids between six and 16 and prices range from £9 to £31.The boyswear collection is music-inspired with skinny black jeans, washed denims and leather-look jackets. Check shirts and stripe tees with graphics also feature. The girlswear range includes rose print tops, Western-inspired shorts, military jackets, net tutus, leggings and layered tees.
The autumn collection is being promoted with a campaign shot by fashion photographer Rankin. It features talented up and coming young starts including actors Zachary Middleton, Bertie Gilbert, singer songwriter Caroline Lieroz and street dancer Carly Beaver.
M&S chief executive Marc Bolland is understood to be looking to overhaul the retailer’s brands as part of his forthcoming review of the business and casualwear range aimed at women over 30 Indigo, and Portfolio, a are thought to be the most likely labels to be impacted.
The ranges went into stores and online this week.
