Marks & Spencer’s property director, Hugo Adams, is leaving the business to join SuperGroup in the newly created role of marketing and business development director.
Adams joined M&S in May 2008 as head of international business development. His role expanded to include international strategy in September 2009, and in November 2011 he became executive assistant to then chief executive Marc Bolland.
He has been property director since 2014.
Before M&S, he held various roles at Dyson, including head of global marketing. Previous employers include Kraft Foods and The Body Shop.
Adams will be replaced at Marks & Spencer by Steven Bennett, who is currently head of property.
