Marks & Spencer has inked a deal with Patricia Field, the influential stylist behind Sex and the City, to design a one-off fashion range which will launch in its stores this October.
The 35 piece range will be sold in store, online and through stores in a number of the retailer's international markets.
"We are thrilled to have pulled off this deal with Patricia Field," said Kate Bostock M&S executive director of clothing. "As soon as we heard about the collection I knew we had to have it. We were determined to have exclusivity on it not only in the UK but also in our international markets."
Each piece within the collection is designed to reflect Field's signature looks. Fabrics include silks, georgette, metallics and stretch satin. Prints will feature polka dots, stars, stripes animal print and traditional florals.
Field added: "It's just amazing to be working with such an iconic brand as M&S."
