M&S to launch ad campaign tonight

Retailer Marks & Spencer is to launch a TV ad campaign this evening to promote its womenswear ranges.

The ad campaign, starring M&S faces such as presenter Lisa Snowden, model Twiggy and singer VV Brown, will run across TV, print and outdoor.

The celebrities, now in their second season as the faces of M&S, will model M&S collections such as Autograph, Limited Collection and Per Una. Key pieces include an aviator jacket and cape from Limited Collection and Autograph patent pumps.

Consumers can watch the ad, view behind-the-scenes videos and view the collections on the Marks & Spencer website.

M&S chief executive Marc Bolland is expected to overhaul the retailer’s fashion labels as part of his forthcoming review of the business. It is thought that Indigo, its casualwear range aimed at women over 30 and Portfolio, its label targeted at women aged over 45, will be impacted by the review.
