My-Wardrobe to launch ‘design studio’

My-Wardrobe is to launch a “design studio” months after it ceased trading and sold its domain name to the Net-a-Porter Group.

My-Wardrobe has been updating its Instagram and Twitter accounts over the last week and today posted a picture on Instagram saying the design studio is “coming soon”.

Drapers understands this activity is not associated with the Net-a-Porter Group, which bought My-Wardrobe’s domain name in December. It is not yet known who is behind the new venture.

The etailer was co-founded by Andrew Curran and his now ex-wife Sarah in 2006. Curran joined Shop Direct in December last year to launch It is not known what Andrew Curran is currently doing.

Drapers has contacted Net-a-Porter for comment.
