Digital department store Littlewoods has launched its autumn 13 advertising campaign starring brand ambassadors Myleene Klass and Mark Wright.
The multi-media campaign, costing £3m, features key items from the retailer’s autumn collections across its women’s, men’s and kidswear departments.
Created by ad agency St Luke’s and directed by Michael Gracey at Partizan, the advert is set in a vintage funfair with full-size traditional attractions including a restored Victorian steam powered carousel.
As Klass travels through the attractions, she uses ‘The Littlewoods Touch’ to transform the fellow fairground-goers casual outfits into party wear. The advert also features a cameo from TV presenter Mark Wright, in his first appearance in a TV advert for the brand.
The thirty second advert will debut tonight during Emmerdale.
As well as the usual media and social channels, the campaign will feature direct response TV and Littlewoods will be testing a retargeting mobile platform called Adfonics.
