Angela Spindler, chief executive of N Brown Group, is stepping down at the end of the month.
Spindler has been CEO of the group since July 2013, and has more than 20 years of retail experience, including senior roles at Coca-Cola, Mars, Asda, Debenhams and the Original Factory Shop.
Women’s and men’s wear group, which owns JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo, said it has commenced the search for a new CEO.
Steve Johnson, who is currently chief executive of the financial services division, will step into the role of interim group chief executive.
