Needle & Thread Design enters administration

Womenswear brand Needle & Thread Design, which was set up by ex-All Saints chief executive Stephen Craig and his wife Hannah Coffin in April 2013, has entered administration. It is understood the couple separated earlier this year and Craig is no longer involved in the business.

Michael Solomons and Andrew Pear of BM Advisory have been appointed as joint administrators.

The London-based brand specialises in heavily-embellished dresses retailing between £95 and £250. and Selfridges are among stockists.

Coffin who was formerly All Saints womenswear design director, is chief executive.

Craig, Coffin and BM Advisory have not yet responded to Drapers’ request for comment.
