Massenet, who is currently chairman of the British Fashion Council, could be set to take a consultancy or non-executive position, according to the Daily Mail

The founder and former chief executive of Net-a-Porter departed the business in September last year, after a merger with Italian etailer Yoox.

In November, Farfetch chief executive Jose Neves said a floatation may take place in the next two to three years, following a phase of high investment.
