New Look to relocate London HQ to King’s Cross

New Look will relocate its London head office to King’s Cross next summer.

The fashion retailer will relocate 800 of its employees to the new 123,000 sq ft office set over seven floors. The building is located on Handyside Street, adjacent to the University of the Arts London, and is due to complete in July 2017.

In addition to the office space, the building features a double-height public space with a three-screen Everyman cinema, as well as retail and restaurant space at the ground and mezzanine levels.

“New Look is delighted to have secured this large space in the King’s Cross development for our London base from 2018, as we continue to successfully grow and recruit,” said chief executive Anders Kristiansen. “We have been impressed with the work done on the site to date by the development partnership and the future plans for the area.

“This new building demonstrates our confidence in our future expansion plans and will provide a fantastic working environment for our creative and support teams.”
